PAYMENT
We only accept payment through PayPal, Credit cards (Visa and Master) and Australian money orders.
Payment will not be processed until we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed.
The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin until the next working day
DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time for Australian orders is 1-3 working days.
The estimated delivery time for International orders is 7-15 working days.
The estimated delivery times are in working days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.If your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Dollie if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the postal company and a replacement product will be sent.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The prices listed on this website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that the package may incur when entering the country of destination. Please contact your customs agency to determine taxes and duties (if any) that will be applicable for your shipment. These charges vary from country to country and is not covered by Dollie.
WARRANTY
Where a product is damaged through no fault of your own when delivered to you, contact us immediately and we will replace it.
REPLACEMENT
Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at our expense after we have received your returned product.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not provide a refund, credit or exchange if you have:
* changed your mind, decided you no longer want the products or just don't like them, or found that products are the wrong size
* found you can buy the same or similar products elsewhere for a cheaper price
PRICE
The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card. The reason for this is that when your order is charged to your card, the exchange rate used by your credit card company may vary to that indicated at the time of placing the order.
