Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident you will love Dollie hair extensions that we support it with a money back satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our product, the extensions can be returned for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The extensions show no signs of having been worn, are in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging. The product must not show any signs of use.
- The extensions are sent back to us via registered or insured post.
- You email us to let us know that a refund is required before sending back the hair extensions. Please see the steps below for more details.
In each case we will hold $10.00 to cover for restocking, administration & PayPal charges.
Return & Exchange policy
NOTICE: Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on". Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for colour, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. Used extensions can not be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
- Unused hair extensions may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving the order. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted.
- Dollie cannot accept used or worn hair extensions unless the item is defective.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- A copy of the sales invoice must accompany all returns.
Follow these steps for a return or exchange:
1. Email us at returns@dolliehairextensions.com.au with a brief description of why you why like to return or exchange your item. Please do not send back the product until you receive a response from us. 2. Package the product and invoice properly for shipping. The sales invoice MUST be included with your return. Not including the sales invoice will result in a delayed refund or exchange, as we will not be able to track your transaction & payment information. 3. All returns must be sent back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Dollie cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. 4. 5. After we receive your package, allow up to 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Faulty Item
If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@dolliehairextensions.com.au Once we have received the returned faulty product, we will replace it free of charge.
